Features
Instructor lesson completion reporting
June 26, 2023
Code42 Instructor now enables you to track lesson completion statistics without the need to host videos in your own learning management system (LMS). A new report on the Instructor home page shows you:
- Which lessons were sent to which users
- Date sent, date watched, and the expiration date for each lesson
- View status (watched or unwatched)
- Delivery status
This enables you to follow up with specific users who did not watch a lesson, and also makes it easier to troubleshoot issues if a lesson was not delivered.
Send Instructor lessons via Microsoft Teams
January 30, 2023
Incydr now supports sending Instructor lessons via Teams, in addition to email and Slack. This enables you to use Teams to automatically send targeted, timely educational content in response to user activity that triggers an alert rule.
For configuration instructions, see Configure message services.
New Instructor lesson actions in Alert rules
November 1, 2022
New optional "Educate users" actions have been added into the alert rule builder. If you have an Incydr product plan that includes Code42 Instructor, these new options allow you to build rules that automatically email Instructor lessons to users in response to their risky activity.
To identify whether a lesson was sent manually or automatically via an assigned rule, the Users list in the Lesson details now shows that information.
