Overview

Beginning with major software version 5.0, Code42 is updating the supported language list for localized products. Major version 5.0 will use English and include localization for 15 other languages.

This article explains the upcoming changes in Code42’s language support.

New language support

Major version 5.0 will add Korean to the list of available languages in localized products.

Language retirement

Six languages supported in major version 4.0 will be retired in major version 5.0: Catalan, Danish, Finnish, Hungarian, Polish, and Turkish.

This means that beginning with major 5.0:
  • Code42 will no longer localize these languages in new versions of its products, including the Code42 console, Code42 agents, and SharePlan apps.
  • Code42 will continue to localize these languages in previous software versions until the versions reach end-of-support, per the Code42 software lifecycle policy.

See Available Languages For Code42 Products for the current list of localized products.
