Updates to Code42 Supported Operating Systems and Web Browsers
Below please find our quarterly recap of changes to our supported operating systems. This information is accurate as of the date it is sent. For the most up-to-date information on operating system support please reference the Code42 support site.
Code42 Support for macOS Big Sur
On June 22, 2020, Apple announced the upcoming release of their desktop Mac operating system macOS Big Sur. Code42 will be supporting macOS 11 Big Sur within 30 days following release for customers using the Code42 cloud, and within 60 days for customers with on-premises Code42 authority servers.
After the release of macOS Big Sur, we will be discontinuing support for macOS 10.13 High Sierra in alignment with our operating system support policy as detailed on the Code42 support site.
Code42 Supported Platforms and Web Browsers
With few exceptions, Code42 authority and application software supports operating systems through the end of an OS vendor's extended support date.
Please ensure that you are updating your operating systems to remain on supported versions.
