Overview
This tutorial explains how to determine what product you are using.
Step 1: Locate the Code42 app
On a computer that is using the Code42 app to back up files:
- Mac:
- Open the Finder
- Go to the Applications folder
- Locate the Code42 app
- Windows: From the Start menu, locate the Code42 app.
Step 2: Compare the logo
The following table shows the corresponding logos for each product:
CrashPlan for Home
CrashPlan for Small Business
Code42 for Enterprise
