Your account for using Code42 products is separate from your account for getting support from our Technical Support Engineers. This article explains what each account is used for and provides links to sign in with each account.
Code42 console and Code42 app account
Use your Code42 account to sign in to the Code42 console and Code42 app.
Code42 support
The credentials you use to log in to the Code42 console and Code42 app are different than those used to work with Code42 Technical Support Engineers.
Code42 customer portal
You need to sign in to the customer portal to create a ticket or initiate a chat. Signing in helps us provide you more personalized support and a more seamless customer experience, especially when requests are escalated or when multiple Code42 teams are assisting with a resolution.

Code42 community
The Code42 community is where you'll find technical updates and announcements.
You can view posts and resources without becoming a member. However, to sign up for email notifications, you need to sign in.
You sign in using the same credentials that you use for the customer portal. If you already have an account for our customer portal, use the same username and password to sign in to the Code42 community. If you don't already have a customer portal account, sign up.
