Scheduled Maintenance

To ensure the security, quality, and reliability of Code42 products, we schedule regular maintenance windows for our websites and cloud. 

Scheduled Maintenance Windows

Maintenance is scheduled for every Tuesday from 5:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. US Central Time (CT). Times are based on the local time for our headquarters in Minneapolis.

While some users may experience limited functionality for a short period, users are generally not impacted for the entire maintenance window. Many users do not notice any impact at all.

Note: We may schedule additional maintenance as needed. We will post announcements or notify impacted customers in advance about scheduled maintenance occurring outside the scheduled windows.

Communication And Maintenance Details

Details and expectations for scheduled maintenance events are posted to our support forum prior to the scheduled period. In the event of an interruption of service, we will post a notification on the affected services.
