If the Code42 agent shows 0 MB selected on the backup details screen, review this article for troubleshooting information and the recommended solution.

Recommended solution

The Code42 agent stores a cache of information about your backup. If this cache is corrupted, the Code42 agent might incorrectly report your file selection size as 0 MB. Clear the cache to correct this issue.
