Reauthorize and enable the Code42 custom app in Box
Overview
You create and authorize a new Code42 Cloud Services custom app in the Box Admin Console when you connect Code42 to your organization's Box environment. If this custom app is accidentally disabled, deleted, or doesn't have the correct permissions, Code42 cannot monitor file activity and displays an error in Incydr in the Box connection's details. Reauthorize the custom app in the Box Admin Console to resolve the error and return the connection to the Monitoring status.
