Overview
Code42 can only connect to your Box, Google, Microsoft, or Salesforce environment when supported by that vendor's product plan or license. This article summarizes the vendor licenses required for Code42 data connections in two ways, for reference: by data connection type and by vendor. Confirm that you have the required vendor licenses before connecting Code42 to those environments.
Licenses required by data connection type
Business tools
To connect Code42 to your Salesforce environment to monitor for report downloads, you must have both one of the required editions and one of the required add-on subscriptions listed below.
The Code42 connection may successfully authorize and connect to your environment without the required add-on subscription enabled in your Salesforce account, but then immediately transitions to an error state. To determine whether your Salesforce account includes the required add-on, verify that the View Real-Time Event Monitoring Data permission is available and selected in the Code42 service account's profile.
