Watchlist summary reference

Overview

The Risk Exposure dashboard shows summary information about employees that were added to watchlists and how many users on those lists have critical file events. To see the watchlist summary, sign in to the Code42 console.

The watchlist summary requires a product plan that includes watchlists.

Watchlist summary

Watchlist summary

This tile shows how many employees are on a watchlist and how many have recent critical file events. If you don't have any watchlists, click Create watchlist. 

  • On the departing watchlist summary, click View to see users on the Departing watchlist that are leaving your company today. 
  • On Top watchlists, you can see the watchlists with the most critical file activity. 
    • Click the number of Users with critical events to see a filtered view of the watchlist with just those users. 
    • Click View all watchlists to see all of your watchlists, create or delete watchlists, and control who appears on those watchlists.
