iOS: Cannot open files through the CrashPlan mobile app

This article applies to Code42 for Enterprise version 4.

Currently there is a known issue that prevents you from being able to open a file on your iOS 6 device if there is no email address configured in the iOS settings. If no email account is configured on the device when the CrashPlan mobile app is started, it effectively disables the Action button. This means you are unable to open or view your files for restore.
