This article applies to Code42 for Enterprise version 4.
This tutorial explains how to change the email address associated with your CrashPlan account.
After changing your email address:
- All future emails from Code42 will be sent to the new address
- Use your new address to sign in to CrashPlan anytime you want to access your account
- Use your new address if you need to contact the Customer Champion team
Change your CrashPlan account email address
From the CrashPlan app
From a computer associated with your account:
- Open the CrashPlan app
- Click Settings > Account
- Enter your new email address in the Email field
- Click Save
