If you migrated from CrashPlan for Home to CrashPlan for Small Business, you must keep your subscription to CrashPlan for Small Business active in order to receive the special migration discount. This article explains what happens if you let your subscription lapse after migrating and how to ensure you receive the special CrashPlan for Small Business migration discount.

Considerations

When you migrated from CrashPlan for Home to CrashPlan for Small Business, our system flagged your subscription as a migration subscription, which means that you receive the special migration discount. This migration subscription is only available to those who successfully migrated their account to CrashPlan for Small Business.

If your subscription lapses after you migrate to CrashPlan for Small Business:

  • You will not be able to subscribe again at the special discounted rate.
  • A new subscription to CrashPlan for Small Business will be subject to the regular subscription price.
