You must have an active subscription in order to back up using CrashPlan for Small Business (previously CrashPlan PRO). We attempt to automatically renew subscriptions on their expiration date in order to prevent interruptions to your continuous backups.
If we cannot authorize payment from your billing information on file, Code42 sends an email notification of the renewal error. Update your billing information as soon as you receive this email. We will attempt to renew your subscription automatically once every 24 hours.
