Overview

Use the Subscriptions screen to to view your current product plan and monitor the status of current user subscriptions.

This article applies to Code42 cloud environments. For Code42 environments with an on-premises authority server, see Subscriptions reference.

Subscriptions

To view Subscriptions, go to Administration > Status > Subscriptions.

The Subscriptions screen includes information about:

  • Your current product plan
  • Add-on features purchased, if any
  • The number of subscriptions purchased and in use
  • Subscription start and end dates
  • Code42 cloud destinations in use
    • The number of subscriptions in use
    • Amount of cloud storage

Item   Description
a Registration Key Your Code42 environment's registration key. When assigning users and endpoints to organizations in your environment, do not use this key. Use the registration key that appears in the Organization Details.
b Product plan Name of product plan to which you currently subscribe

Add-on Features,

Support Plan,

Cloud Storage

  • List of any add-on features to which you currently subscribe
  • Name of the support plan to which you currently subscribe
  • Amount of cloud storage to which you currently subscribe
d User Subscriptions Information about the number of user subscriptions purchased and in use
e Current Subscriptions Number of available licenses based on your current subscription
f Subscriptions In Use Number of users currently consuming a license
g Subscriptions Available

Number of available subscriptions not currently being used

  • A negative number indicates that more users use Code42 than there are subscriptions.
  • Allocate subscriptions to organizations using the Maximum user subscriptions setting. 
h Expand/collapse Click to expand or collapse the details of your subscriptions, including status and start and end dates
i Cloud Destinations in use Information about Code42 cloud destinations
j Destination name The location name of the Code42 cloud destination
k Usage details
  • Amount of storage used for the cloud destination
  • Number of users backing up to the cloud destination
l Expand/collapse Click to expand or collapse cloud destination details.

Organization subscriptions

Depending on your permissions and organization structure, you may see an Organization filter at the top of the Subscriptions screen. Start typing the name of an organization to select it and view its subscriptions details.
