This article explains how to interpret and respond to the following alert.

The table below displays where the alert appears and where it can be configured.

"Provider destination destination name stopped accepting application application name." Delivered by email and to the Alerts Overview of the administration console
"Provider destination stopped accepting application." Settings > Notifications of the administration console


Low - this alert indicates a condition that should ideally be corrected, although it does not pose an immediate threat to user data, system security, or service availability.


This alert is triggered when a provider storage destination is configured to stop accepting data for an application.

Possible effects

Archives that are no longer accepted by the provider storage destination are immediately removed and cannot be recovered.

Recommended solution

Contact your storage provider about the configuration change.

Acknowledge the alert

The alert will continue to appear on the Alerts Overview in the administration console until you acknowledge the alert. To acknowledge the alert, go to Alerts, select the alerts you want to acknowledge, and choose Acknowledge from the action menu.
