g App Name for each client.
h Download Apps Downloads the client installer to your local file system.

j Upload client package files Opens a window for uploading client package files to your authority server's file system. Compatible client package files can be obtained from Code42.
When possible, Code42 recommends downloading compatible client packages directly from the Newer versions available from Code42 table below.
k Newer versions available from Code42 Lists client versions that are compatible with your authority server version and available for download from Code42, but which are not currently on your authority server's file system.
l Status

The status of a client package. Status messages include:

  • Available: Indicates the client package can be downloaded to your authority server.
  • Downloading: Indicates the client package is currently downloading to your authority server.
  • Failed: Indicates that either the client package failed to download or the file failed validation.
m Downloading Icon that indicates a client package is currently downloading to your authority server.
n Add

Downloads a client package from the Code42 servers and adds it to the file system of your authority server. When you add a client package:

  • The Auto-upgrade devices setting is automatically disabled.
  • The client package is unpacked and validated against the md5 checksum included in the package.
  • The unpacked files (upgrade and installer files for the client version) are added to the appropriate directory for your authority server's operating system.

Once a client package downloads and validates, it replaces earlier client versions for that operating system and series (4.x, 5.x, or 6.x versions). The newer version appears in the Available on your Code42 server list, and the older files are deleted from your authority server's file system.

o Cancel Cancels download for a client package that is currently downloading, and prevents the package from being added to your authority server.
