This article explains how to interpret and respond to the following alert.

Severity
Low - this alert indicates a condition that should ideally be corrected, although it does not pose an immediate threat to user data, system security, or service availability.
Cause
This alert is triggered when the amount of free space on a store point reaches the warning threshold. This threshold can be configured by administrators.
Possible effects
If steps are not taken to plan for account for storage capacity needs, the store point could reach the critical threshold.
Recommended solution
To resolve this alert, do one or more of the following tasks:
- Add more storage to your Code42 environment
- Manage the space you have to free up space
Acknowledge the alert
The alert will continue to appear on the Alerts Overview in the administration console until you acknowledge the alert. To acknowledge the alert, go to Alerts, select the alerts you want to acknowledge, and choose Acknowledge from the action menu.
