This article applies to version 4.
This article describes a known issue that only affects private cloud deployments with over 5,000 user devices. This issue causes your Code42 platform database to unexpectedly increase in size, and it may result in low disk space on your on-premises master server.
This issue only impacts Code42 environments that:
- Use Code42 platform version 4.1.4, 4.1.5, or 126.96.36.199
- Have more than 5,000 user devices
- Have an on-premises master server that is not a managed appliance
Code42 has already corrected this issue for all affected Managed Private Cloud customers.
Upgrade to version 4.1.6 of the Code42 platform.
If you are not able to upgrade to version 4.1.6, contact our Customer Champions for CrashPlan PROe support or CrashPlan for Small Business (previously CrashPlan PRO) support.
