After installing CrashPlan PROe on a new, non-upgraded Mac OS X Lion system, the enterprise server background service that performs all backup and server operations does not start. No backup operations occur. The administration console does not load. PROServer Monitor hangs on "Waiting for PRO Server to start..."
PROe Servers installed directly onto new (non-upgraded) Mac OS X Lion installations
- Verify that Java runtime has been installed.
- Stop the PROe Server service.
- Delete this file:
