Considerations for Windows

This article assumes that the architecture of the Code42 enterprise server software or CrashPlan app (32- or 64-bit) matches the architecture of the Windows operating system. If you installed 32-bit software on a 64-bit Windows operating system, replace C:\Program Files with C:\Program Files (x86) in the paths listed in this article.

Software Architecture Operating System Architecture Software Install Location
32-bit 32-bit C:\Program Files
64-bit 64-bit C:\Program Files
32-bit 64-bit C:\Program Files (x86)
