Overview
Options for managing your store points, including assigned devices, cold storage, and device archives are available from the Store Point menu.
Store point overview
Clicking items and values from Store point list view displays the Store point Details, unless otherwise noted.

d | Server | Name of the Store point's associated server. Click to view Server Details. |

g | Stored | Disk space used for backed up files on this store point. Click a store point's Stored value to view a list of backup archives residing on the store point. |
h | Free | Free disk space on this store point. |
i | Cold | Data in cold storage on this store point. Click a store point's Cold value to view a list of backup archives in cold storage on the store point. |
j | Inbound backup status | Indicates whether devices are allowed to back up to this store point. |
k | Accepting new devices status | Indicates whether new devices are allowed to be assigned to this store point. |
l | Balancing status | Indicates whether data balancing is enabled for this store point. |
m | Online status | Indicates whether the store point is online. |
Action menu
Command | Description |

Show Alerts | Shows all store points that are currently in an alert state. |
Enable Inbound Backup | Enables inbound backup on the selected store points. |
Disable Inbound Backup | Disables inbound backup on the selected store points. |
Enable Balancing | Enables data balancing on the selected store points. |
Disable Balancing | Disables data balancing on the selected store points. |
Accept New Devices | Allows new devices to be assigned the selected store point. |
Reject New Devices | Disallows new devices from being assigned to the selected store point. |
Export All | Exports a list of selected store points to a CSV file. If no store points are selected, the list includes all store points. |
Prints the list of store points. |
CSV export
Export all visible list items to a CSV file by selecting the action menu > Export All. If no store point is selected, all store points are exported.

storePointId | Identification number for the store point. |
storePointName | Name of the store point. |
note | Administrator notes. Information entered here is only presented to administrators. |
path | Parent directory of the store point. |
directory | Name of the store point's directory. |
absolutePath | Full pathname of the store point on the file system. |
serverId | Identification number of the server associated with this store point. |
serverName | Name of the server associated with this store point. |
destinationId | Identification number of the destination associated with this store point. |
destinationName | Name of the destination associated with this store point. |
backupSessionCount | Number of devices currently backing up to this store point. |
computerCount | Number of devices assigned to this store point. |
usedBytes | Amount of used space for this store point. |
usedPercentage | Percentage of total space used on this store point. |
freeBytes | Amount of free space on this store point. |
freeBytesAlert | Free space alert of the store point. |
freePercentage | Percentage of total free space on this store point. |
coldBytes | Amount of data in cold storage on this store point. |
coldPercentageOfUsed | Percentage of used space consumed by cold storage. |
coldPercentageOfTotal | Percentage of total space consumed by archives in cold storage. |
totalBytes | Total storage capacity of this store point. |
acceptingInboundBackup | Indicates whether devices are allowed to send new data to existing archives on this store point.

acceptingNewComputers | Indicates whether devices are allowed to store new archives on this store point.

writeSpeed | A performance test showing the speed at which the CrashPlan service writes to the disk. |
Archives
From the Store point Overview, click a store point's Stored value to view a list of backup archives residing on the store point. View screen details in the Destinations article.
Cold storage
From the Store point Overview, click a store point's Cold value to view a list of backup archives currently in cold storage.

g | Size | Amount of space consumed by the backup archive. |
h | Purge Date | Date when the backup archive leaves cold storage. Version 3.5.5 and earlier: When the backup archive leaves cold storage, it is permanently removed from the store point's file system. |
Action menu
When one or more items in the Cold Storage list is selected, the following commands are available.
Command | Description |

Purge Archive | Removes the selected backup archives from the store point's file system permanently. |
Change Purge Date | Changes the date when the selected backup archives will be completely removed from the store point's file system. |
Print... | Prints the list of archives. |
Export All | Exports a list of archives to a CSV file. |
CSV export
Export all visible list items to a CSV file by selecting action menu > Export All. If no archive is selected, all archives in the list are exported.

id | Identification number of the archive. |
archiveBytes | Total size of files selected for back up and sync. |
sourceUserId | Identification number for the user associated with this archive. |
sourceUserFirstName | First name of the user associated with the archive. |
sourceUserLastName | Last name of the user associated with the archive. |
sourceUserEmail | Email for the user associated with the archive. |
sourceComputerId | An identification number for the device associated with the archive. |
sourceComputerName | Name of the device associated with the archive. |
sourceComputerService | Indicates if the archive is associated with the CrashPlan app or SharePlan app. |
purgeDate | Date when the archive leaves cold storage. When the archive leaves cold storage, the archive expires. |
orgId | Identification number of the organization where the archive resides. |
orgName | Name of the organization where the archive resides. |
storePointId | Identification number of the store point where the archive resides. |
storePointName | Name of the store point where the archive resides. |
serverName | Name of the server associated with the store point. |
archiveGuid | Globally Unique IDentifier for the archive. |
Store point details
Store point Details displays statistics and settings for the selected store point. Items in bold are clickable and display detail reports.
Action menu
Command | Description |

Edit | Allows you to edit information for this store point, including name, path, and notes. |
Migrate Device Archives | Moves all backup archives residing on this store point to a different store point. Choose to migrate archives to any store point that is currently available or to a specific store point. Data balancing must be on for target store point. To migrate all archives from one store point to another, turn off balancing on the store point you want to empty. |
Remove | Removes the selected store point. |
Enable Inbound Backup | Allows devices to back up to this store point. Only available if inbound backup is currently disabled. |
Disable Inbound Backup | Disallows devices from backing up to this store point. Only available if inbound backup is currently enabled. |
Enable Balancing | Includes this store point in data balancing operations. Only available if balancing is currently disabled. |
Disable Balancing | Excludes this store point in data balancing operations. Backup archives assigned to this store point will remain on this store point unless migrated by an admin. |
Accept New Devices | Allows new devices to be assigned to back up to this store point. |
Reject New Devices | Disallows new devices to be assigned to back up to this store point. |

Migrate device archives
Item | Description | |

a | Total archive size | Total size (on disk) of all archives that will be migrated to the selected store point. |
b | Migrate all archives to available store points | Selects to migrate all backup archives from the selected store point to whichever other store points are available. |
c | Migrate all archives to specified store point | Selects to migrate all backup archives from the selected store point to the specified store point. All backup archives are migrated to a single store point. |
d | Search store points | Searches store points. |
e | Store point list | List of store points. Use the smart search to filter the list. Click a store point to select. |
