    At any time, you shall not, directly or indirectly: (i) sublicense, resell, rent, lease, distribute, market, commercialize or otherwise transfer rights or usage to: (a) the Software, (b) any modified version or derivative work of the Software created by you or for you, or (c) MindTouch Open Source (which includes all non-supported versions of MindTouch-developed software), for any purpose including timesharing or service bureau purposes; (ii) remove or alter any copyright, trademark or proprietary notice in the Software; (iii) transfer, use or export the Software in violation of any applicable laws or regulations of any government or governmental agency; (iv) use or run on any of your hardware, or have deployed for use, any production version of MindTouch Open Source; (v) use any of the Support Services, Error corrections, Updates or Upgrades, for the MindTouch Open Source software or for any Server for which Support Services are not then purchased as provided hereunder; or (vi) reverse engineer, decompile or modify any encrypted or encoded portion of the Software.

    Overview

    From the Account page, you can view and manage your account information.

    Account (CrashPlan for Home)

    Account Settings (CrashPlan For Home)

    Item Description
    a Name (first) The first name that you entered when you created your CrashPlan account.
    b Name (last) The last name that you entered when you created your CrashPlan account.
    c Email The email address that you entered when you created your CrashPlan account.

    NOTE: An email address can only be used for one CrashPlan account at a time, so if you're unable to change the email to a given address, it's likely there's another CrashPlan account already created under that email.
    d Change Password Display the Security page on which you can change your password.
    e Manage Account Opens your default web browser to the My Account sign in page, where you can manage your account online. If you have licenses for several computers, and you want to make changes to the computer you are not currently using, you can make these changes online. You can also modify your payment information and extend or cancel a CrashPlan for Home subscription from this page.
    f Product Type of license: CrashPlan Free or subscription.
    g Status The status of your license: Active or Expired.
    h Expires The date your license expires.
    i Key This is your license key. If you purchase a CrashPlan for Home subscription, you enter your license key so that you can continue to use CrashPlan. If your computer is lost or stolen and you want to reinstall the CrashPlan app on another computer, you will be prompted to enter the license key. After CrashPlan is installed on a different computer, it stops running on the original computer.

    Warning: If you do not have your license key, CrashPlan cannot access your account and connect your account to a new or different computer.
    j Version The version of CrashPlan installed on this computer. CrashPlan updates automatically when a new version is released.
    k Computer CrashPlan-assigned computer identification number for this computer. CrashPlan uses a unique sequence of numbers to distinguish one computer from another and to facilitate the backup and restore processes.
    l Undo Changes Reset to previous settings (same effect as cancel).
    m Save Apply changes.

    Account (CrashPlan For Business)

    Item Description
    a Name (first) The first name that you entered when you created your account.
    b Name (last) The last name that you entered when you created your account.
    c Username Your username. Depending on your organization, your username might be the same as your email address (enterprise only).
    d Email The email address that you entered when you created your account.

    NOTE: An email address can only be used for one CrashPlan account at a time, so if you're unable to change the email to a given address, it's likely there's another CrashPlan account already created under that email.
    e Change Password Display the Security page on which you can change your password.
    f Manage account Open console's sign-in screen in a web browser so that you can manage your account.
    License (CrashPlan PROe Only)
    g Issued by Organization name issuing the license for this account.
    h PROe Server primary address Primary network address for your master server.
    i PROe Server secondary address Secondary network address for your master server.
    Version / Computer
    j Version Current version of the CrashPlan app installed on this computer.
    k Computer Unique identification number for this device, also known as the GUID.
    l Undo Changes Reset to previous settings (same effect as cancel).
    m Save Apply changes.
