Combining CrashPlan PRO Email Reports

Overview

We send email reports to provide information about your devices' backups. If you've changed the default settings for one or more devices, you might receive separate backup report emails at different times of day. This article explains how to combine multiple backup reports from CrashPlan PRO into a single email.

Steps

To combine emails, set all of your device backup reports to the same delivery time: 

  1. Sign in to the CrashPlan PRO administration console.
  2. Select Devices.
  3. Click on a device.
  4. Select the action menu.

  5. Click Edit.
    Device Backup Settings appears.
  6. Select Reporting.

  7. Next to Delivery time, select the delivery time you want.  
  8. Click Save.
  9. Repeat these steps on each of your devices to configure the same delivery time.
