    Overview

    The system requirements below apply to enterprise server version 4.1.4 and later.

    System requirements for the CrashPlan app and SharePlan app are also available.

    Minimum Requirements
    The system specifications listed below are the minimum requirements for a production environment.

    Master Server System Requirements

    • 16 GB memory
    • Dedicated storage for the Code42 enterprise server application; SSD recommended
    • Storage for endpoint data; standalone storage server(s) recommended
    Windows
    • 8-core CPU
    • 16 GB memory
    • Dedicated storage for the Code42 enterprise server application; SSD recommended
    • Storage for endpoint data; standalone storage server(s) recommended
    • One of the following operating systems:
      • Windows 7
      • Windows 8

    • Oracle Java (bundled with the installer)

    Alpha, beta, and other pre-release operating systems are not supported. Only the specific operating system versions listed on this page are supported.

      • Firefox version 31 and later
      • Internet Explorer 10 and 11
      • Safari on OS X: version 6.1, version 7, and version 8
