Our global credit card processing system prevents us from offering multi-year subscriptions in Australia and New Zealand at this time. We are hoping to change this, but for now, we're able to offer monthly and 1-year subscriptions in Australia and New Zealand.
Even though our operating costs in Australia are significantly higher than they are in the US, we are absorbing some of the increased cost to make us more in line with similar products. But this is not entirely altruistic on our part: We also hope to offset the higher cost of doing business in Australia with increased enterprise sales.
Yes. Please see the support site's home page for full information and hours.
Seeding (and the corresponding restore service) is available only to customers in Australia and New Zealand. This service is not available in the U.S. at this time.

There are several different ways to get more information about CrashPlan PROe:
Starting with version 3.2.1, CrashPlan PROe does not allow creation of new client destinations for devices under different accounts. With multi-server support now a mainstay of CrashPlan PROe destination architecture, backing up to another user's device is no longer a best practice for enterprise multi-destination backup.
Yes. Backup to CrashPlan PROe client destinations configured prior to CrashPlan PROe version 3.2.1 are unaffected. Backup will continue, uninterrupted.
Yes. If the administrator has enabled this feature, users can back up to devices running the CrashPlan app to another device under the same account. For example, Michelle's CrashPlan PROe username is firstname.lastname@example.org, and she has a laptop and a desktop. Michelle can choose to back up her laptop to her desktop, or vice versa.
